Jessica Dowell, M.Ed., is a licensed psychological associate (LPA) and therapist at the Louisville OCD Clinic. She specializes in Exposure Response and Ritual Prevention (ERP) therapy for treatment of OCD and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E) for the treatment of eating disorders, as well as depression and anxiety disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy. 

 
Jessica graduated from the University of Louisville with her Master’s Of Education in Counseling Psychology in 2019. She completed her clinical training for her degree at the Behavioral Wellness Clinic and has treated adults and adolescents with OCD and eating disorders. Jessica utilizes a strengths-based approach to assist a holistic perspective of how environmental/situational influences such as cultural, gender, and lifestyle issues shape people’s experiences and concerns. While attending the University of Louisville, she engaged in multiple research projects for OCD and trans military veterans. Jessica’s interests include issues of diversity and social justice. 
 
Jessica lives in Louisville and enjoys traveling and hiking with her Husky.
